The Thunderbird Property Owners AssociationSM (TPOASM), a voluntary civic association, has served for over 50 years as the property owners' organization in Lake Santeetlah. TPOASM is independent of the Town of Lake Santeetlah (TOLS) and presents owners' interests in important issues before the town council. Over the years, TPOA has advocated for clean water, well-maintained roads, good governance, and importantly, a great social atmosphere at Lake Santeetlah. The organization sponsors community-wide events for families and friends, welcomes new homeowners to the lake, and provides donations to the key community-serving organizations in Graham County.
